I’m embedded with an established Shopify Plus brand on an ongoing retainer, acting as their Shopify subject-matter expert: day-to-day site changes, fixes, and the platform judgment calls a growing store runs into. A few months in and active. I’m keeping the specifics deliberately light out of respect for the client’s privacy — the short version is that this is what an embedded retainer looks like in practice, and it’s the model most of my ongoing work takes.
